Donate?
• To make a donation, send an email to [ webmaster@... ]
      and specify a preferred payment method (check, PayPal, stamps, etc).

• Thank you for your donation of $1 or more!
      Your donation will appear in the [ Ledger ].
      It will also appear in [ TA ] through [ TZ ].

• Donations should be ear-marked to one or more book titles.
• Any number of people can donate money towards a book.

• YOU DECIDE WHICH BOOKS TO PROCESS FIRST.
• When a book has the most donations, it will be processed next.
• The more money we receive, the faster eBooks will be produced.

EBay in Reverse?

• Our donation system is somewhat like EBay in reverse.
• Less money is better,
      as long as lots of donations are received for a particular book.
• The more people donating towards a book,
      the sooner you and everyone else will “receive” it on-line.
• Once a book becomes an eBook,
      you “own” it because it’s available to everyone for free.
 
Spam?

• You will never receive spam from here. You will be dropped from our distribution list, and your email address permanently deleted from any databases, upon request.
• Email addresses will never be shared with other organizations.
 
“So, why do some books look terrible?”

• Beginning 2005, books started appearing online.
      In the beginning, books will go online as fast as possible,
      which means in the beginning quality will be very, very low.

• During 2006, most books are still one step removed from raw-OCR text output.

• Looking forward:
      2007: Planned page-object quality control/quality assurance.
      2008: Planned spell-check.
      2009: Planned quotes (dumb-to-smart).
      2010: Planned ...
