Comrades, the proletarian anthem, The Internationale, contains these remarkable words: "No more tradition’s chains shall bind us, arise, ye slaves, no more in thrall! The earth shall rise on new foundations, we have been naught, we shall be all.” (Applause.} The working class of our country became the first contingent of the international army of labour to raze the old, capitalist world, and to create a new, socialist world.
